Every team will receive a set number of practice times from the DGHA rink directors, and those teams participating in a league will receive a schedule from District 11. Team managers can schedule scrimmages and additional practices as desired. 

Additional time should be booked in the following order of preference:

Email Stephanie at stephanie@essentiaduluthheritagecenter.com, the office manager of Heritage Arena, she will be scheduling the ice and referees for all Duluth Hockey teams for all of the following arenas: Heritage Arena, Fryberger, DECC, Amsoil, and Mars Arena. 

Email Stephanie, stephanie@essentiaduluthheritagecenter.com any practice or game schedule additions, changes, and cancellations, or referee requests. ONLY Team Managers have the authority to schedule, change, or cancel games and referees. Deborah will not accept emails or phone calls from anyone else. 

Referee requests MUST be made 2 weeks in advance. Any teams that make requests less than 2 weeks before the game time will be charged increasing late fees for the referees from the NEHOA. 

Ice schedules are available online and updated in real time.
